Thumbs up!"It's like an herbal tea with secret powers. The peppermint, spearmint, and chamomile are identifiable, with the green tea and chrysanthemum less so."

teazone-perfect-day-start1.jpgThe name of this tea made me expect every caffeinated item in existence, with chocolate. If I'm going to have a perfect start to a day, it's going to be a Wallace & Gromit or Richie Rich Rube Goldberg start: machines to get you out of bed, washed and dressed, filled with caffeine and out the door with a smile on your face within fifteen minutes or less. Then I realized that tea would have been called a Perfect Work Day Start, whereas this is more a perfect weekend start. The website lists the ingredients as chrysanthemum, chamomile, gunpowder green tea, peppermint and spearmint. Normally I'd start slowly backing away from all these ingredients, except the gunpowder green tea, but all together the effect is quite nice. It's like an herbal tea with secret powers. The peppermint, spearmint, and chamomile are identifiable, with the green tea and chrysanthemum less so. The taste is a nice balance of herbal and light mint with a very slight green aftereffect. This leaves a tingly minty feeling on my lips and the green tea adds a nice kick. This is a very nice choice for anyone.
