teazone-eight-treasures.jpgThis is advertised on their website as being a good choice for reducing anxiety and stress. This has rosemary, lemon balm, linden, eucalyptus, wood betony, blackberry leaf, ginseng, and spearmint. The effect is truly calming, but I'm not sure it differs that greatly from all the other calming teas out there. I can taste the light lemony flavors, ginseng, and slight mint. There is no dry aftertaste so this would be friendly to most palates that like calming herbal teas. The aroma is of light mint and the body is light as well. I always like having an herbal tea on hand, and this one is a nice choice, though I'm not sure I would go out of my way to obtain it.
