Thumbs up!"They had a hearty sweet aroma. Is that asparagus I smell? I get some kind of green vegetable aroma from the infused leaves. All I could think of when I looked at the color was a perfect garden in the spring -"

emperor_med.jpgDragon pearl’s farming, harvesting and production is done by hand and their teas are organic. They donate to many charities that are listed on their website. Some, for instance, are US Troop Care Packages, Options and some local charities in the San Luis Obispo area. A current special is a traditional three piece cup when you buy 2 or more items. There were long, mostly unbroken leaves. They had a hearty sweet aroma. Is that asparagus I smell? I get some kind of green vegetable aroma from the infused leaves. All I could think of when I looked at the color was a perfect garden in the spring - I guess that asparagus went to my head. The tea had a fuller, medium bodied feel. The taste was less grassy, more hearty. In the cup there was a “fruity” aroma. I would have this again.
