Thumbs up!"Too Tart for me, but possibly great for fans of tarter fare, excellent iced though."

twistedfigThis is a mix of citrus bits, and lemon grass, ass well as, I presume, other herbal bricka-brack. I presume because their isn't a single description on the site, so I'm going entirely by what I can see and taste. There are white/brown chunks of what I think are walnuts, some shrively dark chunks of some sort of citrus peels, and some little square flat bits of dried orange and, I think, blood orange. It looks like blood orange, and when I eat the dry bits it tastes like blood orange. The leaves look like a mix of something light green and leafy, and something that must be lemon grass.

I know this sounds very unspecific, with lots of Presumes, assumes, and looks likes, but thats because, again, I have no clue what specifically is in it. On a more practical side, it brews up a very attractive dark red-pink, and smells richly of lemon zest. This is where it all sort of fell apart for me personally, tart just isn't my thing. I tried brewing this blend quite a few ways, and in all but one its a bit on the tart side, which isn't one of my favored flavors, personally. I've never taken to tart candies, tart foods, or even the poptart, just not my bag I suppose. If your far more fond of tart foods than I, I'm sure you'll love this, and if not it works very well iced, and is a bit milder, although as always you should start with a more concentrated infusion before applying it to ice.
