chaibabylemonmyrtleGenerally, I prefer my tea to have a fairly strong flavor, though occasionally I jones for something a bit more delicate. And usually when I want something delicate, I turn to white tea. I tend to lean more toward unflavored, as I found a lot of flavored white tea either don't really have a flavor, or have a flavor that overpowers the subtle flavors of the white tea. Occasionally, though, I come across one that strikes a good balance, and this is one of them.

It smells pretty lemony before it's brewed, not too strong, but it's definitely noticeable and rather pleasant. Once brewed, as expected, it tastes like lemon, but you can also taste the subtleties of the white tea. Both flavors are fairly delicate, but they strike a good balance that makes for a very relaxing cuppa.

Bottom Line: A delicate and well-balanced blend that is also in a convenient pyramid tea satchet. What more could want?
