Palm Beach Punch by Tiesta Teas is a refreshing blend of fruity sweetness and tartness that left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. The tea is comprised of apple pieces, blackberry leaves, eucalyptus leaves, carrot bits, beetroot pieces, hibiscus, lemon grass, tangerine pieces, orange slices. I was surprised by how well all these ingredients worked together without one flavour overpowering the rest. It is an herbal tea and thus contains no caffeine. Palm Beach Punch is touted by Tiesta Teas as being a relaxer. I found it to live up to its description quite well.

The tea was also flavourful enough to make several cups of tea out of a small amount; each cup full of flavour. The first steep was a rich fuchsia in colour with a fragrant scent that reminded me of sour cherries in its tartness but with a sweet undertone from the apple pieces and other sweet ingredients. Upon taking my first sip I was pleased to discover that the taste was equally as delicious as the scent; a remarkable accomplishment in my opinion!

Each additional steep was also flavourful although slightly more muted. The flavours were layered quite well which allowed each sip to be slightly different. I enjoyed each cup of this tea for its unique flavour and health benefits. I enjoyed the fact that it was a little bit sweet on its own, which is a nice treat when you are trying to avoid sugar.

I visited Tiesta Teas’ website to research this tea prior to drinking it and was pleased by the information presented regarding the different types of tea they sell. The website was bright and modern looking with eye-catching graphics. Brewing instructions were handily located on one page for each type of tea which made it easy to use. However, the instructions did not indicate how much tea they recommended for brewing. It would have been helpful to indicate the amount of tea necessary to brew one cup of tea to obtain the desired results.
