The flavour of ripe raspberry is delicious and well balanced and flavoured in this tea. I brewed this black tea at 212 Fahrenheit and brewed for 3 minutes. The resulting brew was a dark and ruddy red colour and smelled divine of fresh picked raspberry and vaguely of pomegranate.

The flavours of the keemun were sweet and bold enough to hold the flavour of the fruit, and didn't overpower it, as long as the tea was not over brewed. The fruit come across clean and true, and the fruit that is not the primary play very respectable second fiddles. However, for all of the deliciousness that this cup afforded, I really knew it was good when my husband took a sip of my cup. A few moments later he was taking a few more sips and then a bit more. Finally, when it was about gone, he looked at me and said, "Wow, this is really good, and I'm sorry I drank it all." Enough said, this tea is fantastic!
